The hotels' experienced catering staff will assist you in planning and designing your event, tailored to your special requirements.

The Hotel 224 presents an ideal learning environment and each conference room offers a pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped facility essential in hosting successful conferences.

Our Conference coordinator is available throughout the meeting day to help anticipate your last minute needs and to respond efficiently to any requests that may arise.

Hotel 224 offers three unique meeting spaces:

The Gauteng Indaba is suitable for larger groups of up to 120 delegates:
    Lecture / Classroom style: 100 delegates
    Block Shape : 70
    U - Shape: 55
    Theatre Style : 120

The Bushveld Room is compact and suitable for smaller groups:
    Lecture / Classroom style : 30 delegates
    Block Shape : 22
    U - Shape : 18
    Theatre Style : 40

The Lions Den, a quiet private Room on the 15th floor, is suitable for smaller groups of between 5 and 25 people:
    Lecture / Classroom style : 20 delegates
    Block Shape : 18
    U - Shape : 15
    Theatre Style : 25
The Lions Den has its own private area where we serve your snacks and beverages.

CONFERENCE PACKAGE:

The package includes arrival tea/coffee, morning tea, coffee and snacks; full buffet lunch and afternoon tea, coffee and snacks. Standard conference equipment is also included. Delegates are also provided with refreshments on tables.

We endeavour to meet your personal needs at all times. Our Conference Coordinator is available to tailor the packages to suit your specific objectives and needs. Whether it's a one-day meeting or a week-long seminar, our rates are negotiable.

Menus are compiled and adjusted according to your requirements. Should you desire a light lunch or cocktail platters instead of a full buffet, your wish is our command.
