Hotel 224 offers conference facilities for almost any size of delegation. You may choose from different conference packages to suit your needs. In fact, since we can accommodate up to 120 people, these facilities may also prove ideal for a business banquet, corporate dinner or even a wedding reception. Have a look at our conference packages:
The Gauteng Indaba is our largest conference facility. If delegates are accommodated theatre-style, the Gauteng Indaba can take 120 people. Several other seating arrangements are available too, with correspondingly lower accommodation ability. This package includes tea and coffee on arrival, mid-morning tea, coffee and snacks, a full buffet lunch and afternoon tea, coffee and snacks. Refreshments are supplied on the tables too. All the expected conference equipment is offered, as well as wireless Internet access. Our popular Bushveld Room is a smaller facility for up to 40 delegates and the Lions Den is more intimate and intended for no more than 25 people. Both these facilities offer the same amenities as the Gauteng Indaba.
We have an event coordinator that is available throughout your event to assist with arrangements, last-minute changes and requests. Our rates are negotiable and you may book a venue for a day event or even a week-long seminar. Our menu can be adjusted to suit your requirements. For example, you may choose a snack platter or light lunch, in preference of the full buffet lunch. Your delegates or guests may stay in our hotel, which is very convenient for people who do not want to drive to and from their accommodation.
