Conferencing In Pretoria

If you have been tasked with organising a conference for your company there are a few factors you need to consider when booking a conferencing venue:

  • You'll need to know how many people will be attending
  • The conferencing centre needs to be accessible and convenient.
  • You need to check that the conference room suits your needs – will it be able to seat your delegates in the style you want i.e. theatre, dining style, boardroom?
  • Check the date you want is available and book it well in advance.
  • Check that the conference venue has the right facilities – flip charts, overhead projector, slide projector, sound system etc
  • The venue will need to be quiet, so that the talks are not interrupted.
  • Appropriate refreshments need to be available – is there a kitchen on-site that can supply tea/coffee and lunch.

  • The Indaba Room can take up to 120 guests theatre style
  • The Bushveld Room is ideal for a smaller conference
  • The Lion’s Den is a great intimate meeting venue and can seat up to 25 delegates

Conference packages can be tailor-made to suit your event. Our standard conference package includes arrival tea/coffee, morning tea, coffee and snacks; full buffet lunch and afternoon tea, coffee and snacks. Standard conference equipment is also included. Delegates are also provided with refreshments on tables. Menus are compiled and adjusted according to your requirements. We also offer a light lunch or cocktail platters instead of a full buffet.
