A conference hotel is in fact a splendid idea: it offers conference facilities in a hotel environment so that you never again have to worry about where your delegates will stay. Everything is in one place and, while our rates are excellent, you also save on travel expenses, because your delegates stay at their conference venue.
Your accommodation is taken care of by comfortable, air conditioned 3-star rooms that feature all the amenities you would expect from premium 3-star accommodation, and a few you would not. Features include a fridge, wireless Internet connectivity, a direct-dial telephone, a fully kitted out bathroom, a TV with DStv bouquet, a mini safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Your delegates may request room service and there is a laundry service as well. 24-hour security looks after your safety, and under-cover parking is available on request.
There are three fully equipped conference spaces to choose from. The largest, the Gauteng Indaba, can accommodate up to 120 people, making it ideal for large functions, seminars, conferences and wedding receptions. However, there are smaller spaces available too. Bushveld Room is meant for delegations of up to 40 people, and Lions Den accommodates a maximum of 25 people. Our conference packages include snacks, tea and coffee and a superb full buffet lunch. Our event coordinator will assist you with your arrangements.
