Hotel 224 can meet all your conferencing needs. We are a conference hotel with three dedicated meeting spaces that can be used for meetings, training sessions, product launches, seminars and conferencing.
Hotel 224 offers different conference packages and a choice of no less than three different venues. The smallest is Lions Den, for delegations of up to 25 people, depending on the seating arrangement. Next up is Bushveld Room that is almost double the size and can accommodate up to 40 people. Our largest meeting space is Gauteng Indaba, for large delegations of up to 120 people. This makes it ideal for large, regional seminars and wedding receptions as well. All our meeting spaces feature air conditioning, variable lighting, projectors, wireless Internet access and all the other expected conference equipment.
Our conference packages are flexible and our event coordinator will assist you with your planning and with your last-minute arrangements on the day of your event. We serve coffee and tea on arrival. Tea, coffee and snacks are served in the mid-morning and again in the afternoon. In between, we provide our excellent full buffet lunch, but you may opt for a lighter lunch if you prefer, in which case we can provide snack platters. Table snacks and water are supplied too. You can structure everything according to your requirements and our rates are negotiable.
