We are a conference hotel, which means that businesses can use our meeting spaces while their delegates stay in our hotel. A corporate conference venue in a hotel environment is ideal because delegates do not have to travel between their accommodation and meeting space.
Our conference packages can be tailored to your individual needs and we can render as complete a service as you require. Lunch is an excellent full buffet, but your delegates are looked after the rest of the time as well: coffee and tea are served upon arrival, in the mid-morning and in the afternoon, the latter two accompanied by snacks. Table snacks and drinks are included as well.
We can host more than one concurrent event, because we have three different meeting spaces of different sizes. A venue can accommodate the most people when they are seated in the theatre style. Seated this way, our Gauteng Indaba facility can accommodate 120 people, for large seminars and wedding receptions. We have two smaller meeting spaces too; the Bushveld Room will accommodate 40 people and the Lions Den, 25. Of course, you may opt for seating in a U-shape or a classroom layout, but this will affect the maximum number of people. Our facilities are fully equipped and include variable lighting, air conditioning and wireless Internet access.
