Our experienced conference co-ordinator is in charge of the meeting rooms and of helping you plan and implement you function. The co-coordinator will help you choose which of the meeting rooms suits your needs and will work with you to hire equipment, plan menus and generally ensure it all runs according to plan from beginning to end.
Hotel 224 offers a choice of three meeting rooms. The meeting rooms are all smart, professional and elegant and range from the large to the intimate.
One of the meeting rooms is The Gauteng Indaba room which can cater for up to one hundred and twenty people, seated theatre-style. The room has wireless internet and our conference co-ordinator will be happy to assist you if further equipment is required. A standard conference package is available and includes arrival tea/coffee, morning tea and snacks a delicious buffet and afternoon tea.
The other two meeting rooms are smaller and more intimate. The Bushveld Room and the Lions Den can take between fifteen and twenty-five people. These rooms also have internet wireless and again a standard conference package is offered.
All three meeting rooms can be hired for anything from a day to a week and you’ll find our rates very reasonable. All menus and packages can be adjusted according to your requirements.
