- Gauteng Indaba is the perfect venue for groups of up to 120 delegates. The package includes tea, coffee and snacks on arrival; a full buffet lunch and afternoon refreshments. Standard conference equipment is also included. Delegates are provided with refreshments on tables.
- Bushveld Room is a smaller more compact venue that is ideal for smaller groups of up to 25 delegates. The package includes tea, coffee and snacks on arrival, a full buffet lunch and afternoon refreshments and snacks. Again, standard conference equipment is included as well as refreshments on the tables for the delegates.
- Lions Den is a quiet private room on the 15th floor of the hotel and this room can take up to 17 delegates.
